For our traditional mobile bartending service, we operate as a dry-hire bartending service, meaning you purchase the alcohol and we take care of the rest! We provide you with a customized shopping guide so you know exactly what and how much to purchase for your event.

Our standard service includes your bartender, mobile bar setup, bar tools, cups, straws, beverage napkins, basic garnishes, customized shopping guide, personalized bar menu, planning, setup, and breakdown. We also offer add-ons like mixers, ice and additional bar services to take even more off your plate.

Absolutely! This is one of the biggest perks of working with us. We create a customized shopping guide based on your guest count, bar selections, signature cocktails, and event details. No standing in the liquor aisle trying to do cocktail math on your own!

Yes! Raising The Bar carries general and liquor liability insurance, and our bartenders are trained and certified in responsible alcohol service. Anyone who appears under 30 should expect to show a valid ID, and guests without valid identification will not be served alcohol.

Our complete bar setup fits comfortably under a 10-by-10-foot pop-up tent. We use our mobile bar, two four-foot tables, and one six-foot table positioned behind the bar for additional storage and preparation space. Please plan for a level area that is at least 10 by 10 feet, with enough room for our bartenders to move safely and comfortably behind the bar.

Absolutely! Our standard wedding service includes up to two signature drinks, and we love helping you create cocktails that feel personal to you. Mocktails are always welcome too, and we can help create options for your non-drinking guests.

We typically arrive approximately three hours before service begins to build and prepare your entire bar experience. Setup and breakdown are included, we don't just show up to pour drinks, were building an experience!

No! We love weddings, but Raising The Bar also provides services for private parties, corporate events, celebrations, and other special events. We also offer interactive mixology experiences for birthdays, bridal events, girls' nights, team events, and more.

Staffing is based on your guest count, menu, services, and bar setup. Larger events may require additional bartenders or a barback to keep service running smoothly. We offer up to six hours of bar service and do not provide alcohol service past 11 PM typically.

We travel throughout Maine and New England, with travel within 20 miles each way of 04330 included in our standard wedding service. Because we accept only one event per date, we recommend reaching out as early as possible. Your date is officially secured once your contract is signed and required deposit is paid.
